1. Ownership & Copyright
All images available in the gallery store are copyrighted by Cloudline Photography. Purchasing a digital image or print does not transfer ownership of the copyright. You may use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

2. Usage Rights

  • Digital images purchased include a print release for personal use.

  • Images may be printed, displayed in your home, or shared on personal social media with credit to Cloudline Photography.

  • Commercial use, resale, or distribution of the images without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders placed through the gallery store require full payment at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing is clearly listed per image or product. Additional photos or prints can be added to an order for the specified fee.

4. Delivery & File Access

  • Digital images will be delivered via the gallery store download link or email within the timeframe specified at purchase.

  • Prints will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Cloudline Photography is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

5. Image Modifications

  • You may make minor edits to images for personal use (cropping, filters, resizing).

  • Images may not be altered in a way that misrepresents the photographer’s work or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

6. Refunds & Exchanges

  • All digital purchases are non-refundable.

  • Physical products may be refunded or exchanged if damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Privacy & Sharing

  • By purchasing from the gallery store, you consent to Cloudline Photography using images for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Cloudline Photography is not liable for loss, damage, or misuse of purchased images.

  • Purchases are at your own discretion, and all sales are final for digital products.

9. Agreement
By placing an order through the gallery store, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.
